  • Handle phone calls, emails, and parcels; manage office documents, invoices, and records.
  • Assist the team with order processing and follow-up; liaise with headquarters.
  • Handle goods receipt, transfer, and acknowledgment.
  • 3. HR & General Support

    • Assist with basic HR administrative tasks.
    • Requirements

    • Proficiency in Mandarin and English; ability to communicate in Malay is preferred.
    • Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in administration or office-related roles; fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and other office software.
