Job descriptionManage office supplies, consumables, and equipment procurement and inventory. Handle phone calls, emails, and parcels; manage office documents, invoices, and records. Assist the team with order processing and follow-up; liaise with headquarters. Handle goods receipt, transfer, and acknowledgment.
3. HR & General Support
- Assist with basic HR administrative tasks.
- Proficiency in Mandarin and English; ability to communicate in Malay is preferred.
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in administration or office-related roles; fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and other office software.
