IT Support - Linux Server (Mandarin)

Responsibilities

• Manage the delivery of server orders and provide after‑sales maintenance to customers.
• Diagnosing and resolving various hardware, software, server, and network issues.
• Collect, analyze, and resolve technical issues that customers encounter, both before and after the sale.
• Adhere to strict work handover protocols and provide consistent and accurate information.
• Follow the company's customer service standards and procedures and stay up‑to‑date with the latest products and technologies.
• Ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining the company's reputation for excellent customer service.
