Responsibilities
Assist in monthly payroll processing for internal staff and payroll verification of outsourced workers.
Assist in the company's recruitment activity.
Manage office supplies and corporate gifts inventories.
Organise, prepare and maintain company documents, reports, and correspondence.
Manage and coordinate the daily operations of staff canteen and dormitory.
Support meeting arrangements, reception duties, and other office events.
Coordinate with company drivers to manage and monitor company vehicles' usage and maintenance, including fuel card usage, annual insurance and road tax renewal, regular service and inspection.
Perform other duties as assigned by Manager.
Requirements
Diploma or higher qualification in any field.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Strong communication and coordination skills with a keen eye for detail.
Responsible, organised, able to work independently and as a team.
Prior experience in administrative or clerical roles will be an added advantage.
Candidates with Mandarin language skills will be a big bonus.
