About the Program
CoinW is excited to launch Alpha Plus , our flagship Management Trainee Program. This 2-year program is designed to groom high-potential fresh graduates and early-career talents into future leaders in the fintech industry.
As a trainee, you will gain hands-on exposure to the full spectrum of fintech operations, with structured rotations and mentorship. Key learning include :
- Marketing Channels – Channel expansion, partnerships, and user growth initiatives.
- Product Operations – User behavior analysis, product optimization, and growth campaigns.
- Data Analytics – Leveraging insights to drive business decisions and performance.
