BENDING TECHNICIAN

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate press brake machines to bend, form, and shape metal sheets.
• Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and work orders.
• Ensure parts meet quality standards and dimensional accuracy.
• Perform machine adjustments, tool changes, and minor maintenance as required.
• Monitor production processes to ensure efficiency and accuracy.
• Handle materials safely and maintain a clean, organized workstation.
• Report machine issues, defects, or deviations to supervisors.
• Work closely with supervisors and team members to meet production targets.
• Comply with company safety rules, policies, and procedures.
