Implement and monitor workplace safety policies, procedures, and regulations.Conduct regular site safety inspections and audits.Identify potential hazards and recommend corrective actions.Ensure compliance with statutory health and safety requirements.Conduct safety induction and training for workers and subcontractors.Monitor use of PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) at site.Investigate and report accidents, incidents, and near-misses.Maintain and update safety records, permits, and documentation.Assist in preparing risk assessments and method statements.Coordinate emergency drills and ensure readiness of safety equipment.Liaise with project managers, engineers, and contractors on safety matters.Promote a strong safety culture among employees and site workers.Provide daily / weekly safety reports to management.Enforce stop-work authority if unsafe practices are observed.Job Types : Full-time, Contract
