We are a leading entertainment and media company seeking passionate and dynamic Group Live Stream Hosts to join our team. As a Group Live Stream Host, you will be responsible for energizing both the hosts and the audience during live broadcasts, enhancing interactivity, and ensuring a lively and engaging atmosphere. This position demands excellent communication skills, high emotional intelligence, and a keen sensitivity to live data to effectively respond to audience reactions and adapt the live experience. Responsibilities

Energize and engage both hosts and audiences during live streams to create an enjoyable and interactive environment. Utilize compelling language and expressions to maintain viewer interest and participation throughout the broadcast. Analyze live streaming data in real-time, quickly identifying audience reactions and adjustments to enhance interaction and engagement. Collaborate closely with the team to design and plan engaging live content and formats that resonate with viewers. Actively respond to audience questions and feedback to strengthen the emotional connection with the viewers. Requirements

Age : 18 years and above, open to all genders. Excellent verbal communication skills, with the confidence to engage effectively on camera. Strong emotional intelligence, capable of managing audience dynamics to promote interactivity. A keen interest in the live streaming industry, with a background in broadcasting or hosting preferred. Ability to quickly analyze live data and make immediate adjustments based on audience feedback. Flexible work hours, willing to accommodate irregular live streaming schedules. Fluent in English or Malay, with the ability to understand and speak Chinese. What We Offer
