Requirements

  • Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to achieve company sales targets and expand market presence.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and lead generation.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to showcase the features and benefits of our offerings.
  • Prepare and present sales proposals, quotations, and contracts to secure new business deals.
  • Manage and update the customer relationship management (CRM) system with accurate and timely information.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including product development and customer service, to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
  • Attend industry events and trade shows to promote the company's products and services.
  • May required to work with social media team for TikTok Live or other social media Live.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to achieve company sales targets and expand market share for imported and distributed products.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, lead generation, and networking to increase the customer base.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers through regular communication, providing product information, and addressing inquiries or concerns promptly.
  • Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to potential customers, highlighting the features and benefits of the company's offerings.
  • Prepare sales proposals, quotations, and contracts, ensuring accuracy and adherence to company pricing policies.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for product development and improvement.
  • Collaborate with the internal teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and resolve any customer issues or complaints effectively.
  • Maintain accurate sales records, track sales performance, and prepare regular sales reports for management review.
