Position : Forwarding Officer

Industry : Logistic

Working Location : Taman Molek, Johor

Working Hours : Monday to Friday (9am to 6pm)

Job Responsibilities :

Oversee and manage customs clearance processes for import / export shipments.
Prepare and submit accurate customs declarations (K1, K2, K3, K8, K9, CIPL) via Y-Net System or manual platforms.
Ensure all documentation complies with customs regulations and shipment timelines are met without delays.
Liaise with customs authorities, clients, and internal teams to resolve issues and clarify tariff classifications.
Advise clients on customs duties and ensure all payments and permits (e.g. FOSIM) are processed efficiently.
Handle MITI applications and support new regulation implementations and process improvements.
Maintain proper filing and tracking of daily submission requests and reports.
Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Job Requirements :

Diploma or higher, with 3–4 years of experience in forwarding, customs brokerage, or shipping.

Willing to work at Pasir Gudang, Tg. Puteri (CIQ), PTP, and Tg. Kupang.

Familiar with customs documentation, clearance procedures, and platforms (Y-Net, FOSIM, MITI).

KEK certificate is a plus.

Good command of English and Bahasa Melayu, both written and spoken.

Proficient in Microsoft Office and able to work well under pressure.

A team player with a responsible and proactive attitude.
