Position : Forwarding Officer

Industry : Logistic

Working Location : Taman Molek, Johor

Working Hours : Monday to Friday (9am to 6pm)

Job Responsibilities :

• Oversee and manage customs clearance processes for import / export shipments.
• Prepare and submit accurate customs declarations (K1, K2, K3, K8, K9, CIPL) via Y-Net System or manual platforms.
• Ensure all documentation complies with customs regulations and shipment timelines are met without delays.
• Liaise with customs authorities, clients, and internal teams to resolve issues and clarify tariff classifications.
• Advise clients on customs duties and ensure all payments and permits (e.g. FOSIM) are processed efficiently.
• Handle MITI applications and support new regulation implementations and process improvements.
• Maintain proper filing and tracking of daily submission requests and reports.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
