Roles & Responsibilities :
- Oversee daily branch operations ensuring efficiency and compliance with company policies safety regulations and industry standards.
- Develop implement and monitor operational strategies to improve performance and profitability.
- Manage branch expenses report financial performance and ensure effective budget management.
- Act as the main point of contact for customer inquiries, service requests, complaints and logistics coordination ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
- Oversee inventory management including stock levels requisitions and deliveries.
- Collaborate with sales and service teams to achieve operational goals.
- Prepare reports and updates for management.
- Analyze operational data to identify and implement improvements.
- Ensure proper record-keeping and documentation of all operational activities including financial documentation (invoices quotations service job orders).
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to drive business growth.
- Lead after-sales support efforts ensuring customer satisfaction and building rapport to secure repeat business and acquire new projects.
- Supervise and evaluate branch employees ensuring performance aligns with company standards practise.
- Conduct regular meetings / updates to ensure team alignment with company goals.
- Provide leadership and motivation fostering a productive and positive work environment.
- Ensure adherence to HR policies and assist with branch-level administrative tasks.
- Enforce workplace safety procedures and ensure compliance with health safety and environmental regulations.
- Assist with special projects branch expansions and company-wide initiatives.
- Support new business ventures product launches and marketing campaigns.
- Support cross-functional departments and contribute to business development initiatives.
- Undertake any ad-hoc tasks assigned by the Management.
Qualification :
Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Automotive, Mechanical Engineering, Heavy Equipment Technology, Operations Management or related field.Professional certifications in management or operations are an advantage.Skills / Knowledge :
Strong leadership, communication and interpersonal skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and inventory management software.Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities.Strong financial acumen, with the ability to analyze budgets, sales reports and performance metrics.Ability to multitask, prioritize work and manage time effectively.Experience :
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a supervisory or assistant managerial role in branch operations.Proven track record in managing a team, overseeing operations and meeting financial and operational targets.Other Requirements :
Ability to work independently and handle complex tasks.Willingness to travel to other branches if required.Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.A strong network of contacts within the agricultural and heavy equipment industries is an advantage.Job Type : Full-time
