What You'll Do
- Lead, coach & support a team of customer service agents.
- Handle escalated issues and complex inquiries in Cantonese, Mandarin & English.
- Track KPIs, conduct performance reviews, and drive improvements.
- Foster collaboration, accountability, and a positive team culture.
- Recommend and implement strategies to improve service quality.
What We're Looking For
Diploma or higher (SPM with strong experience may be considered).At least 2 years' BPO / Call Center experience, with 1 year in a Team Lead role.Fluent in Cantonese & English (spoken and written).Strong leadership and people management skills.Analytical, problem-solving mindset with a focus on results.Flexible and thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.Job Types : Full-time, Permanent
Pay : RM5, RM5,600.00 per month
