Penerangan pekerjaanMinimum 3 years of experience in a finance or accounting role, preferably in the manufacturing industry. Diploma / Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Strong knowledge of financial accounting principles, reporting standards, and best practices. Proficiency in using financial software and Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel. Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills with attention to detail. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross‑functional teams. Ability to work independently and under pressure to meet deadlines. Contract staff (minimum 1 year). @flexiversa.com
About the role
As a Finance Executive at Flexi Components (Kedah) Sdn Bhd, you will play a key role in managing the financial operations of the company. This full‑time position is based in Sungai Petani, Kedah, and will involve a variety of accounting and reporting responsibilities to support the overall financial health and strategic objectives of the organisation.
What you'll be doing
- Preparing and maintaining accurate financial records, including general ledger accounts, accounts payable and receivable.
- Responsible for preparing and submitting e‑invoices in compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Assisting with the month‑end and year‑end closing process, including reconciliations and adjustments.
- Providing support in the preparation of budgets and forecasts.
- Ensuring compliance with relevant accounting standards, tax laws, and other financial regulations.
- Collaborating with cross‑functional teams to provide financial insights and recommendations.
- Participating in special projects and ad‑hoc tasks as required.
- Able to meet deadlines and complete tasks on time.
