Requirements
Education : Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
Experience : 1-3 years of experience in digital marketing or a similar role.
Skills :
- Strong knowledge of SEO, Google Ads, social media marketing, and email marketing.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush, Facebook Business Manager, etc.).
- Experience with content management systems (e.g., WordPress).
- Basic knowledge of graphic design and video editing tools (Canva, Adobe Photoshop, etc.) is a plus.
- Excellent communication and analytical skills.
Responsibilities
We are looking for a creative and results-driven Digital Marketing Executive to develop, implement, track, and optimize our digital marketing campaigns across all digital channels. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of current marketing tools, strategies, and trends to execute successful campaigns and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities :
1. Digital Campaign Management
Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns, including SEO / SEM, email marketing, social media, and display advertising.Create engaging content for website, blogs, and social media platforms.Manage social media presence on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, and other platforms.Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns and optimize strategies accordingly.2. SEO & Website Management
Conduct keyword research and implement SEO best practices to increase website traffic.Optimize website content, landing pages, and user experience for better search engine ranking.Work with developers and designers to improve website performance and conversion rates.3. Paid Advertising & Analytics
Manage Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other paid media campaigns.Analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, and other tools.Generate reports on key metrics to track ROI and campaign effectiveness.4. Email & Content Marketing
Develop and manage email marketing campaigns, including newsletters and promotional content.Ensure consistent brand messaging across all digital channels.5. Market Research & Trend Analysis
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging digital marketing technologies.Provide insights and recommendations to improve digital marketing strategies.Benefits
