Job Responsibilities

Automation and Infrastructure : Deliver consistent and repeatable deployments with zero critical failures by maintaining and updating deployment scripts / templates; put automation and CI / CD success rate deployment in mind across all environments.

Release and Deployment : Reduce deployment incidents through adherence to best practices in release management.

Incident Response and Troubleshooting : Reduce mean time to resolution (MTTR) for incidents by 20% through effective collaboration and root cause analysis; maintain incident on-call response times within SLA targets 90% of the time.

Infrastructure Management, Capacity Planning, and Monitoring : Achieve 99.99% system uptime by proactively addressing performance and scalability issues; develop scalable infrastructure to support projected growth without degradation; maintain a 95% compliance rate for monitoring and alerting standards; improve automated provisioning and recovery for production using infrastructure as code (IaC).

Security and Compliance : Ensure 100% compliance with regulatory and audit requirements for infrastructure security; achieve zero critical security incidents by optimizing infrastructure and adhering to industry standards; implement secure architectures for all new deployments in collaboration with development teams.

Disaster Recovery : Plan and execute disaster recovery and ensure RTO and RPO are met for cloud / multi-cloud environments.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Network or related field.

Proven 5 years of experience in a DevOps or SRE role.

Strong knowledge of scripting languages (e.g., Bash, Python, Go) and experience with configuration management tools (e.g., Ansible, Chef).

Proficiency in CI / CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab) and version control systems (e.g., Git, SVN).

Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP, Alibaba Cloud) and IaC tools (Terraform, CloudFormation); cloud certification is a plus.

Strong experience in site reliability engineering, infrastructure engineering, cloud architecture or similar roles.

Experience with containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes).

Knowledge of networking principles and protocols.

Deep knowledge of Linux / Unix systems and administration.

Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle high-pressure situations calmly and effectively.

Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
