Technician - Property Management (Klang Valley)

Responsibilities

• Responsible to ensure all Electrical equipment and appliances is in safe and good working condition.
• To ensure all electrical DB's, Riser room, MSB Room are well maintain.
• To check ensure all fire fighting system, pumps, wet riser, smoke detector and its installation are in good condition.
• To ensure all checklist for preventive maintenance and schedule maintenance are updated and attended.
• Monitoring BAS system.
• To ensure all work orders are keyed in to CMMS (PMWO and CMWO).
• Knowledge in plumbing, piping installation and maintenance.
• To ensure all ACMV system is in running and good condition. To check modulating valve, supply and return air temp.
• To attend to tenant request (eSR).
