• Coordination of global project to implement all required capabilities for running full R&D cycle in our production site in Kulim (“SynchrOS”).
• Lead the cross‑site team with participants from Operations and R&D. Responsibility for project schedule and budget.
• Coordination of transfer activities to enable production of additional chip types in our site in Kulim.
• Interface to the R&D departments regarding the transfer of new processes / products to production. Responsibility for the optimization of associated quality, stability, and yield KPIs, as well as time to market.
• Global synchronization of our production processes with the goal of reducing complexity and improving stability.
• Support problem analysis and troubleshooting in production, including leading of excursion and 8D teams.
• Represent Process Integration in internal and external audits (incl. Customer audits).
