Responsibilities

• Manage the employee lifecycle, ensuring smooth onboarding, transition, and offboarding of employees across Southeast Asia and Korea.
• Implement HR programs and policies, support employees with queries related to HR processes, procedures, and communications.
• Respond to employee needs such as onboarding assistance, benefits program queries, payroll processing, and other HR functions as assigned.
• Provide HR administrative support in compensation / benefits, employee relations, training and development, employee status changes, and maintain employee files.
• Coordinate processing of monthly payroll cycle in partnership with Payroll and Finance.
• Partner with business stakeholders on continuous talent engagement and retention efforts.
• Gather and analyze HR metrics (e.g., employee turnover rates) to support decision making.
• Undertake ad‑hoc project assignments and initiatives as required.
