Assistant Engineer

Overview

CNC auto lathe is a computer-controlled machine used to machine / cut, shape and finish metal or plastic components with high precision. To produce high quality and precision parts, all machines used are top class Japanese and Swiss precision machines.

Responsibilities

• Interpret engineering drawings and create CNC programs for Auto Lathe Machines to machine / cut or shape metal material into components.
• Install and set up tooling for CNC Auto Lathe Machine to run mass production.
• Develop ideas for process improvement and optimization of machining cycles.
• Use precision measuring instruments (e.g, micrometers, calipers, image measurement system) to inspect finished parts.
