HR Manager (Bukit Damansara)

Randstad Malaysia is looking for an HR Manager to oversee HR and administration functions in our Malaysia office, located in Bukit Damansara.

Key Responsibilities

• Full‑Cycle Payroll Management – responsible for processing and managing the monthly payroll for all employees, using Payroll Panda.
• HR Operations – manage recruitment support, onboarding, off‑boarding, and maintenance of accurate employee records.
• Compliance & Policy – ensure all HR practices and documentation are compliant with local Malaysian regulations.
• Employee Engagement – develop and execute initiatives to foster strong employee engagement, especially with offices outside Malaysia (Philippines, Taiwan, Vietnam).
• Office Administration – provide essential general administrative support to ensure the smooth day‑to‑day running of the office.
• Facilities & Logistics – manage office supplies, equipment, and general facilities maintenance.
• Staff Support – coordinate support for the CEO and other team members as needed.
