The Role :
We are seeking an experienced and bilingual Recruitment Consultant to manage end-to-end recruitment for a portfolio of prestigious clients within the manufacturing sector. This role is perfect for a tenacious consultant who thrives on building relationships, understands the technical nuances of manufacturing roles, and is motivated by achieving and exceeding targets.
Key Responsibilities :
Manage the full 360-degree recruitment cycle : from taking detailed job briefs and writing compelling job ads to sourcing, screening, interviewing, and shortlisting candidates.Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of high-calibre, passive talent for key manufacturing positions (e.g., Production Managers, Engineers, Plant Managers, Supply Chain specialists, Technicians, Quality Assurance).Build and nurture long-term, trusted relationships with both new and existing clients, becoming their strategic partner for all talent acquisition needs.Utilize a multi-channel approach to sourcing, including our premium database, social media (especially LinkedIn), job boards, headhunting, and professional networking.Conduct thorough candidate interviews and competency-based assessments.Facilitate the offer process, including negotiation and closing, and provide post-placement follow-up.Stay abreast of market trends and salary benchmarks within the Malaysian manufacturing industry.Achieve and exceed individual and team-based KPIs and revenue targets.Who We Are Looking For :
Must possess a minimum of 3 years of experience as a Recruitment Consultant, with a proven track record of placing candidates within themanufacturing, industrial, or engineering sectors.Full professional fluency in both English and Mandarin is essential. This is required to effectively liaise with Mandarin-speaking clients and candidates within the local and regional manufacturing landscape.A proven billings track record and a strong desire to succeed in a competitive, commission-driven environment.Excellent knowledge of the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle and various sourcing techniques.Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly with people at all levels.Self-motivated, resilient, and results-oriented with a strong work ethic.A degree in Human Resources, Business, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.What We Offer :
