FMCG Regional Sales Manager / Key Account Manager

Overview

FMCG Regional Sales Manager / Key Account Manager

Responsibilities

  • Secure product listing with key malls, lifestyle concept stores, gyms, wellness chains, and pharmacy groups
  • Drive sell-through via retail activation plans, POP placements, staff training, and seasonal campaigns
  • Export Market Expansion
  • Identify and build distribution partners in Southeast Asia, Hong Kong, Australia, or Middle East
  • Navigate regulatory, logistics, and labeling requirements to enter new countries
  • Negotiate distributor and trade terms, MOQ, and marketing support packages
  • Sales Strategy & Leadership
  • Develop GTM strategy for each market, channel, and product format (RTD sachets, powder cans, etc.)
  • Forecast sales targets and actively manage P&L by channel
  • Coordinate closely with brand & ops team to ensure supply and demand alignment
  • Relationship Management
  • Build long-term relationships with buyers, distributors, trade event organizers, and export agents
  • Attend trade fairs and regional expos as brand representative

Ideal Candidate

  • 5+ years of sales leadership experience in beverage, FMCG, or health & wellness category
  • Proven track record in launching or scaling hydration / functional drinks regionally
  • Experience with mall-based retail or premium placement (e.g., Pavilion, Isetan, Don Don Donki, Guardian / Watsons, or equivalent)
  • Exposure to export processes (distributor onboarding, compliance, channel pricing)
  • Strong commercial acumen with a hands-on hustler mindset — willing to open new doors and hit the ground running
  • Must be execution-obsessed, KPI-driven, and deeply resourceful
  • Bonus If You Have

  • Existing relationships with lifestyle retailers or fitness chains
  • Background in launching wellness brands from zero to scale
  • Experience working across multiple SEA markets or in high-performance beverage categories (e.g., protein, hydration, electrolytes)
