Warehouse Assistant

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Support all inbound and outbound operations, including documentation control and maintaining accurate records using the software system.
• Perform daily inventory updates and checks.
• Maintain stock control, monitor inventory movement, arrange stock, and ensure inventory accuracy.
• Conduct physical inventory checks in the warehouse.
• Perform picking and packing tasks efficiently.
• Ensure the quality and quantity of stocks delivered to customers match the Delivery Order (DO) from the Sales Team, supported by accurate documentation.
• Communicate and cooperate effectively with supervisors and co-workers.
• Follow quality service standards and comply with company procedures, rules, and regulations.
• Undertake additional duties as instructed by the immediate superior.
• Perform other related tasks as assigned from time to time.
