Position Overview : We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced ERP Integration Specialist to lead the integration of our payment platform with major ERP systems such as Xero, QuickBooks, NetSuite, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, and others. The ideal candidate will have 5-8 years of hands‑on experience in ERP APIs / integration / operation, possess exceptional project management skills, and it is preferred to be fluent in both English and Chinese (Mandarin). You will collaborate closely with internal product teams, external partners, and clients to deliver best‑in‑class ERP connectivity.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement integrations between our payment platform and major global ERP systems (e.g., Xero, QuickBooks, NetSuite, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics).
- Analyze customer needs and business processes, and translate them into technical requirements and integration solutions.
- Project manage end‑to‑end integration initiatives, including scoping, timelines, deliverables, testing, and go‑live support.
- Work closely with cross‑functional teams—product management, engineering, customer support, and compliance—to ensure seamless and secure integration experiences.
- Document integration processes, create API guides, and contribute to knowledge base articles for internal and external stakeholders.
- Stay up to date with ERP platform updates, API changes, and industry best practices to proactively recommend improvements.
- Liaise in both English and Chinese (Mandarin) with international customers, partners, and internal stakeholders.
Requirements
5‑8 years of ERP integration experience, preferably in the fintech or payments industry.Proven experience of integrating with 2 or more major ERP systems (e.g., Xero, QuickBooks, NetSuite, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar).Strong understanding of ERP system workflows, accounting principles, payment flows, and data integration.Excellent project management and communication skills, able to coordinate across multiple teams and stakeholders.Fluency in English. Proficiency in Chinese is highly preferred.Strong problem‑solving abilities and a customer‑oriented mindset.Experience working with international customers or remote teams is a plus.Seniority level
