Implementation Specialist

Overview

LOTOControl is a new Malaysian SaaS company dedicated to improving safety, efficiency, and compliance in industrial environments. Our cloud platform digitalizes Lockout / Tagout (LOTO) procedures, helping data centers, manufacturing plants, and energy facilities manage isolations with full traceability, real time collaboration, and compliance visibility.

Role Purpose

Lead the complete deployment of LOTOControl at client sites from configuration to go live, ensuring successful adoption and safety awareness. You will train client teams, customize project settings, and serve as the primary liaison between end users and our development team, translating operational needs into product improvements.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure, test, and deploy the LOTOControl system at client sites or cloud environments.
• Deliver engaging technical and safety training sessions onsite or online.
• Assist clients in mapping electrical diagrams into the LOTOControl system using our diagram tools.
• Provide first line support and escalate complex issues to the development team.
• Act as a bridge between clients and developers, identifying enhancement opportunities.
• Document all configurations, site notes, and lessons learned for internal improvement.
• Support pre sales activities including demos, proofs of concept, and presentations.
• Validate new features in real world commissioning and maintenance scenarios.
