We Are Hiring : Customer Service Executive (Property)

About the Role

You’ll be part of the team that supports new homeowners — ensuring units are handed over smoothly, defects are resolved quickly, and every customer receives the best service experience.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate Vacant Possession (VP) preparation, including key handover and documentation
  • Conduct basic unit checks (plumbing, electrical, air-conditioning) before handover
  • Liaise with contractors and project teams to ensure defects are rectified promptly
  • Attend inspections with homeowners and assist with minor unit issues
  • Track and update defect reports and ensure timely closure
  • Maintain proper records, files, and communications with relevant teams
  • Support other customer service activities as required

Requirements

  • Minimum Diploma holder in any field
  • At least 2 years of experience in property, customer service, or maintenance coordination
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Basic understanding of M&E works is an advantage
  • Team player with a pleasant personality
  • Mandarin proficiency is a plus
