Penerangan pekerjaanEnsure compliance with accreditation standards (IOSH and JKKP or relevant local bodies) Coordinate course scheduling, faculty assignments, and teaching resources Monitor student progress, retention, and graduation rates, implementing interventions as needed Student Support & Advising Address student concerns, academic grievances, and provide mentorship Organise orientation sessions, workshops, and career development programs for OSH students. Faculty & Stakeholder Collaboration Liaise with industry professionals, and accreditation bodies to align the programme with workforce needs Facilitate partnerships with organisations for internships, research, and employment opportunities Administrative & Compliance Duties Manage programme budgets, resources, and grant applications (if applicable) Ensure adherence to institutional policies and regulatory requirements in OSH education Programme Promotion and Outreach Develop marketing materials and engage in student recruitment strategies Promote research initiatives and encourage student participation in OSH related projects A minimum of five years of relevant academic and research experience; OR A minimum of five years of relevant industrial experience.

Job Overview
The Programme Co-ordinator for Degree in Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) is responsible for overseeing the academic and administrative aspects of the OSH degree programme. This includes curriculum development, student advising, accreditation compliance, and collaboration with faculty and industry partners to ensure programme excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Academic Programme Management
Oversee the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of the OSH degree curriculum
Serve as the primary academic advisor for OSH students, guiding them on course selection, career pathways, and certifications.
Work closely with faculty to enhance teaching methodologies and programme outcomes
Prepare reports for institutional and external accreditation reviews
Represent the OSH programme at recruitment events, conferences, and industry meetings.
Skills and Experiences
A Master’s degree (Level 7, MQF) in the relevant field; AND
