About the Role

In your role as Digital Operations Executive, you will help us continuously manage our digital operations and access for scalable web applications and e-commerce solutions. You’ll be part of a cross-functional team that’s responsible for the full software development life cycle. You should be comfortable around cloud infrastructure and access management of various applications. You should also be a team player with a passion for digital transformation.

Key Responsibility Areas :

  • Manage internal / external service accounts and access within the organization.
  • Ecommerce / website monitoring – Monitor and report website health and uptime.
  • Domain Management – Responsible for maintaining DNS records.
  • Email Service Management.
  • Integration Support; Support and troubleshoot issues reported with various integrations.
  • Ecommerce Payment gateway support and issue resolution – Coordinate issues with various payment gateways for timely resolutions.
  • Version Control – Maintain version control of various ecommerce plugins and services. Work with development team for timely upgrades.
  • Vendor Management – Maintain record of various vendors and PICs contact info.
  • Documentation – Create and maintain various technical documents & SOPs.
  • DevOps support for ecommerce and other websites.

    • Key Requirements :

  • Expertise in documentation management.
  • Understands SDLC processes.
  • Working experience with ecommerce platforms like Shopify, Wordpress, Salesforce.
  • Experience in AWS cloud services.
  • Software development skills will be an added advantage.
  • Tech Savvy, fast learner and flexible / open to try new things.
