Digital Operations Executive

Job descriptionManage internal / external service accounts and access within the organization. Ecommerce / website monitoring – Monitor and report website health and uptime. Domain Management – Responsible for maintaining DNS records. Email Service Management. Integration Support; Support and troubleshoot issues reported with various integrations. Ecommerce Payment gateway support and issue resolution – Coordinate issues with various payment gateways for timely resolutions. Version Control – Maintain version control of various ecommerce plugins and services. Work with development team for timely upgrades. Vendor Management – Maintain record of various vendors and PICs contact info. Documentation – Create and maintain various technical documents & SOPs. DevOps support for ecommerce and other websites. Expertise in documentation management. Understands SDLC processes. Working experience with ecommerce platforms like Shopify, Wordpress, Salesforce. Experience in AWS cloud services. Software development skills will be an added advantage. Tech Savvy, fast learner and flexible / open to try new things. About the Role
In your role as Digital Operations Executive, you will help us continuously manage our digital operations and access for scalable web applications and e-commerce solutions. You’ll be part of a cross-functional team that’s responsible for the full software development life cycle. You should be comfortable around cloud infrastructure and access management of various applications. You should also be a team player with a passion for digital transformation.
