The role

We are seeking a talented Civil Engineer to join our team at NOVAPAVE SDN. BHD. in Nilai, Negeri Sembilan. As a Civil Engineer, you will play a crucial role in the design, implementation and maintenance of various civil engineering projects, contributing to the company's growth and success within the engineering industry.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, design, and manage civil engineering projects including roads, pavements, drainage, and related infrastructure.
• Prepare technical drawings, specifications, cost estimates, and project schedules.
• Monitor and supervise site works to ensure compliance with design, safety, and quality standards.
• Coordinate with project managers, contractors, consultants, and clients to ensure smooth execution of projects.
• Conduct site inspections, resolve technical issues, and provide engineering solutions.
• Ensure adherence to statutory requirements, environmental regulations, and quality assurance standards.
• Prepare progress reports, documentation, and project-related correspondence.
