We are seeking a Principal Business Consultant specializing in loan and deposit solutions to join our client's team, you will act as a trusted advisor to our client's customers, leading strategic consulting initiatives.
Key Responsibilities :
- Serve as a strategic advisor to clients in the loan / deposit domain, understanding their business needs and providing expert guidance.
- Lead the design and development of customized loan and deposit solutions.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure the successful implementation of solutions.
- Demonstrate deep expertise in loan processes, regulations, and industry best practices.
- Stay updated on market trends and emerging technologies in the loan / deposit domain.
- Lead and manage consulting projects, ensuring timely delivery and client satisfaction.
- Mentor and guide junior consultants to foster growth and expertise within the team.
- Contribute to developing thought leadership content, including training programs, articles, and presentations.
