Main Responsibilities
- Report directly to the Country Manager and play a key role in driving business growth.
- Identify and engage prospects, generate leads, and promote innovative products to a wide range of professionals — including aesthetic and physiotherapy clinics, veterinary clinics, beauty salons, spas, wellness centers, and more.
- Consistently achieve and exceed monthly sales targets within your assigned territory.
- Deliver impactful sales presentations, product demonstrations, and actively participate in tradeshows, workshops, and industry events.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers and Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs).
- Support and execute marketing strategies and brand-building initiatives.
- Provide excellent customer service and manage day-to-day communications with local customers and partners.
Key Requirements
Diploma / Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.Minimum 3 years of direct sales experience in the aesthetics, beauty, and / or medical devices market.Candidates with extensive experience will be considered for Senior Executive or Manager positions.Strong network and in-depth market knowledge within the aesthetic and / or medical industry is essential.Proven negotiation and consultative selling skills, with a track record of closing deals.Excellent communication skills in both English and Mandarin.Highly self-driven, resourceful, independent, and committed to integrity and results.
