Work you'll do :

• Responsible for functional support in SAP-EWM / LE / TM / IM and integration with other applications or mobile devices.
• Provide user support and training and resolve issues and requests in a timely manner.
• Coordinate with business owner, system architect on System Improvement by gathering business requirements and documentation.
• Conduct and facilitates system testing to ensure a successful implementation.
• Monitor operational processes and provide ongoing operational support.
• Compile and update documentation on system specification, operation procedures, etc.
