Human Resource & Admin Manager

About the role

As the Human Resource Manager at Union Care (M) Sdn Bhd, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the company's talent management strategy and ensuring the smooth running of all HR-related functions. Based in Kulali Johor, this full-time position will see you overseeing the company's recruitment, employee development, employee relations initiatives and daily human resource activities.

What you’ll be doing

• Developing and setting up Human Resource Team with the right number of manpower. Train and develop the team into function.
• Developing and implementing comprehensive HR policies, procedures and best practices.
• Overseeing the full employee lifecycle, including recruiting, onboarding, training, performance management and employee engagement.
• Providing strategic HR advice and solutions to support the company's business objectives.
• Administering employee benefits, compensation, and other HR-related programmes.
• Fostering a positive and inclusive work environment that promotes employee wellbeing and productivity.
• Ensuring compliance with all relevant employment legislation and regulations.
• Collaborating with department heads to identify and address talent management needs.
• Leading, coaching and developing the HR team to drive continuous improvement.
• Develop performance evaluation scheme for the company.
