Responsibilities

  • Design and execute a personalized onboarding program for new employees, ensuring a seamless and luxurious integration into the Eastern & Oriental Express family.
  • Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries, providing timely and accurate information with a focus on exceptional internal customer service.
  • Assist in managing HR administrative tasks, including maintaining employee records, processing paperwork, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with the HR team to support recruitment efforts, including screening resumes, coordinating interviews, and participating in selection processes.
  • Support the performance management process by assisting with performance evaluations, providing feedback, and identifying training and development opportunities.
  • Contribute to the development and delivery of training programs that enhance employee skills and knowledge, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Assist in the implementation and communication of HR policies and procedures, ensuring consistency and compliance throughout the organization.
  • Participate in employee engagement initiatives, such as organizing team-building activities and recognizing employee achievements, to foster a positive and inclusive work environment.

Requirements

  • Education : Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or a related field.
  • Experience : 3-5 years of experience in human resources, with a focus on employee relations and onboarding.
  • Customer Service Skills : Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a passion for delivering outstanding internal customer service.
  • Organizational Skills : Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • HR Knowledge : Knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment laws.
  • Expatriate Experience : Experience with the Employment Pass process for expatriate employees.
  • Work Arrangement : Able to work under a hybrid work location model.
  • Travel : Availability to travel as required.
  • Technical Skills : Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Commitment to Excellence : A commitment to upholding the highest standards of luxury and service excellence.
  • Adaptability : Able to work effectively under pressure.
  • Attendance and Timekeeping Punctuality : Demonstrated experience in monitoring attendance and timekeeping, with a strong emphasis on punctuality.
