Behind every smooth motorcycle sale, there’s someone who makes it all happen — you !As our Sales Coordinator , you’ll be the backbone of our sales operation — making sure every document, every data, and every delivery runs perfectly.

You’ll work closely with our passionate Sales Team, turning leads into successful handovers and satisfied customers. If you love staying organized, enjoy teamwork, and take pride in making things run smoothly — this is your moment to shine! ADMINISTRATIVE SCOPE

Sales Documentation

  • Prepare and manage all sales-related paperwork and documentation.
  • Submit and track registration, insurance, and financing documents.
  • Ensure smooth handover process for sold units.

Sales Data

  • Collect, compile, and maintain daily and monthly sales data.
  • Assist in generating sales reports for management review.
  • Monitor sales performance and highlight discrepancies.

    • General Support

  • Maintain proper filing and record system for sales documents.
  • Assist in showroom administrative tasks when needed.
  • Ensure compliance with company SOPs and standards.
