Fresh graduates or candidates without sales experience are encouraged to apply. Able to communicate in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin (spoken & written). Computer literate with basic skills in MS Office / mobile apps. Must have own transportation and valid driving license. Independent, proactive, and results-driven. Responsibilities
Manage and follow up with existing customer accounts in the general trade (GT) channel. Identify opportunities to grow sales and open new accounts within assigned areas. Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to annual KPIs. Conduct regular outlet visits for order taking, merchandising, and ensuring product visibility. Handle customer enquiries, complaints, and provide after-sales support. Work closely with management to execute trade promotions and sales campaigns. Submit daily / weekly sales reports and ensure proper documentation. Monthly sales commission – uncapped earning potential. New account incentives – extra rewards for securing new customers.
