Job Description
1. Marketing Strategy & Planning
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to drive vehicle sales, increase brand awareness, and promote dealership services.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer behavior to identify opportunities for growth.
- Plan and manage marketing campaigns, including digital, print, outdoor, and event-based initiatives.
- Set KPIs and budgets for marketing activities, ensuring ROI tracking.
2. Brand Management
Maintain and enhance the dealership’s brand image and ensure consistency across all marketing channels.Implement brand campaigns aligned with the manufacturer’s guidelines (if franchise dealership).Develop promotional materials, brochures, videos, and other content to attract potential customers.3. Digital Marketing & Social Media
Oversee the dealership’s online presence, including social media platforms, website, and online advertising.Execute search engine marketing (SEM), search engine optimization (SEO), and pay-per-click campaigns to generate leads.Monitor digital campaign performance and optimize for engagement, conversions, and ROI.4. Event & Experiential Marketing
Plan and manage showroom events, product launches, test-drive events, and promotional roadshows.Collaborate with sales teams to execute customer engagement programs such as loyalty events, trade-in promotions, or referral campaigns.Coordinate participation in auto shows and community events to increase visibility.5. Sales Support & Lead Generation
Work closely with the sales team to create campaigns that generate qualified leads.Develop marketing collateral, presentations, and promotional tools to support sales efforts.Track and analyze campaign effectiveness in driving showroom traffic and sales.6. Customer Relationship Management (CRM)
Oversee CRM systems to maintain customer data, track interactions, and segment audiences for targeted campaigns.Design email marketing and remarketing campaigns for leads, prospects, and existing customers.Monitor customer feedback and reviews to improve marketing messaging and dealership reputation.7. Partnerships & Vendor Management
Manage relationships with advertising agencies, media partners, and promotional vendors.Negotiate contracts and ensure deliverables meet quality, timing, and budget requirements.Collaborate with automotive manufacturers for co-branded campaigns and dealer incentives.8. Reporting & Analytics
Track marketing metrics (lead generation, campaign ROI, engagement, sales impact).Prepare monthly and quarterly marketing performance reports for management.Make data-driven recommendations to improve marketing effectiveness.9. Leadership & Team Management
Lead and manage the dealership’s marketing team (if applicable).Coordinate with other departments, especially sales, aftersales, and finance, to align marketing initiatives.Train and mentor junior marketing staff or interns on dealership marketing processes.Performance Metrics
