We’re looking for a strategic and results‑driven E‑commerce & Digital Marketing Manager to lead our regional online sales and marketing initiatives across Southeast Asia. Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement a high‑impact regional e‑commerce strategy aligned with global sales goals.
- Identify growth opportunities, platform trends, and category expansion initiatives.
- Partner with local sales and marketing teams to ensure strong market alignment and execution.
- Oversee end‑to‑end e‑commerce operations on platforms such as Lazada and Shopee.
- Continuously optimize product listings, inventory flow, and promotional campaigns.
- Track key performance indicators (conversion rates, AOV, traffic, sales) and apply insights to improve results.
- Plan and execute integrated campaigns across e‑commerce platforms and digital channels (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube).
- Manage digital marketing budgets to maximize ROI.
- Monitor campaign performance, draw insights, and drive continuous improvement.
- Lead the rollout and execution of regional dealer programs, including strategic planning, contract management, and rebate programs.
- Align dealer activities with overall e‑commerce and sales objectives.
- Work closely with global sales, product, and marketing teams to ensure a cohesive brand experience across all customer touchpoints.
- Support planning and promotion of internal and external events through digital channels.
- Manage e‑commerce and marketing budgets effectively.
- Deliver regular reports on sales performance, campaign effectiveness, and market insights to stakeholders.
What You Bring :
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, E‑commerce, Business Administration, or related field.5–7 years of experience in e‑commerce and digital marketing, ideally within the consumer goods sector or an agency environment.Proven track record managing e‑commerce platforms (Lazada, Shopee) with strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, and performance marketing.Proficiency in analyzing data to guide decisions and drive revenue growth.Excellent communication skills in English and Chinese (spoken & written).Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.A collaborative mindset and ability to influence across cross‑functional teams.Why Join Us?
