Duties and Responsibilities :

  • Perform general administrative and clerical duties (filing, data entry, documentation).
  • Maintain and organize both soft copy and hard copy filing systems for easy retrieval.
  • Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and handle internal / external correspondence.
  • Manage office supplies and ensure a well-organized work environment.
  • Provide administrative support to various departments as needed.
  • Monitor deadlines and follow up to ensure timely task completion.
  • Assist with maintaining company records, contracts, and confidential files.
  • Help prepare documentation for puspakom, customs, or regulatory compliance (if applicable).
  • Ensure all documents and data are accurate and properly formatted prior to filing or distribution.

Job Requirement :

  • At least 1 year of experience in an administrative or office support role.
  • Fresh graduates with a strong willingness to learn are invited to apply.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Experience in a trading or product-based company is an advantage.
  • Able to work independently and manage time efficiently.
  • Trustworthy, detail-oriented, and able to handle confidential information.
  • Can work on Saturday (halfday).
  • Job Types : Full-time, Permanent

    Pay : From RM1,700.00 per month
