Duties and Responsibilities :
- Perform general administrative and clerical duties (filing, data entry, documentation).
- Maintain and organize both soft copy and hard copy filing systems for easy retrieval.
- Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and handle internal / external correspondence.
- Manage office supplies and ensure a well-organized work environment.
- Provide administrative support to various departments as needed.
- Monitor deadlines and follow up to ensure timely task completion.
- Assist with maintaining company records, contracts, and confidential files.
- Help prepare documentation for puspakom, customs, or regulatory compliance (if applicable).
- Ensure all documents and data are accurate and properly formatted prior to filing or distribution.
Job Requirement :
At least 1 year of experience in an administrative or office support role.Fresh graduates with a strong willingness to learn are invited to apply.Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).Experience in a trading or product-based company is an advantage.Able to work independently and manage time efficiently.Trustworthy, detail-oriented, and able to handle confidential information.Can work on Saturday (halfday).Job Types : Full-time, Permanent
