Part Time service crew

what you will be doing :

• Greet and serve customers with a friendly and professional attitude.
• Take and prepare orders (coffee, pastries, cakes, and food items) according to Kosa's standards.
• Operate POS system, handle cash and digital payments accurately.
• Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, counter, and service stations.
• Assist in restocking supplies and managing inventory when required.
• Support in opening and closing duties as per SOPs.
• Uphold Kosa's brand values and provide excellent customer service at all times.
