Responsibilities :
- Handle SG customer inquiries & complaints regarding banking services and products via phone call.
- Ensure highest standard of service delivery on personalized phone services to customers.
- Serves customers by determining requirements; answering inquiries; resolving problems; fulfilling requests; maintain database.
Requirements :
Fluent in spoken English and able to read & write in English. Mandarin is an added advantage to support Mandarin speaking customer.SPM holder with 5 years full time working experience, Diploma holder with 2 years full time working experience, Fresh Degree holders are welcome.Additional Info :
Earliest shift start at 6am. Latest shift end by 3am (For Senior Officer only)Junior officer / Fresh entry's latest shift will normally start at noon / end by 12am.
9.5 hours per shift including 1 hour meal break and 0.5 hours comfort break.Rest 2 days mostly combined (may be split too)
