Job Description
We are looking for a proactive and energetic Inside Sales Executive to support and grow our channel business. You will work closely with retailers and resellers to promote IT products, generate sales opportunities, and expand our reseller network.
Responsibilities
Manage and maintain strong relationships with channel and retailer customers.Perform cold calling to identify and develop new resellers.Assist in preparing marketing materials, email blasting and campaign coordination.Follow up on leads, quotations and sales activities to drive revenue.Support the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.Provide timely sales updates and customer feedback for continuous improvement.Requirements
Diploma / Degree in Business, Marketing, IT or related field.Fresh graduates are welcome (training provided).Good communication skills in English, Mandarin & Bahasa Malaysia to effectively communicate with our diverse client base and stakeholders.Confident, outgoing and passionate in sales.Ability to work independently, result-driven and willing to learn.What We Offer
