Requirements
- Minimum diploma in business studies / administration / management, secretarial or equivalents
- Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken in English
- Fresh graduate are welcome to apply
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask.
- Basic legal understanding to assist in agreement reviews.

Responsibilities

What You'll Be Doing :
Legal Insight : Use your basic legal knowledge to review and understand agreements. Help keep everything in check!Reports & Analysis : Summarize complex reports and provide insights to help drive smart decisions.Support the Director : Handle the daily routine of our busy director, from meetings to appointments, and everything in between.Manage Expenses : Track and organize daily expenses to ensure smooth financial operations.Responsible in managing the Director’s day-to-day administrative and operational mattersMaking appointments, travel arrangement / VISA, coordinating business schedules, itinerary, minutes of meeting, itinerary and general correspondenceHandling of personal and private / confidential matters for the Director and / or immediate family members of the Directors as instructedAssist in organizing of in-house and external events / roadshows / activities / training etc.Willing to take on more job responsibilities when need arisesUndertake ad-hoc assignments as and when requiredAssist director for daily office activities or operationReceive, direct and relay telephone, fax and email messages.Benefits
