Role Description

Questrive Tech is looking for a talented and motivated Software Engineer to join our dynamic team to work for Singapore and European software delivery project. This is a full‑time, remote role where you will play a key role in designing, developing, and delivering high‑quality software solutions. You will collaborate with cross‑functional teams to drive digital transformation and ensure the successful execution of projects. The ideal candidate is passionate about technology, innovation, and creating user‑centric solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain scalable and efficient software applications.
Write clean, maintainable, and well‑documented code following industry best practices.
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams, including designers, product managers, and other developers, to ensure seamless project delivery.
Analyze complex problems and implement efficient, scalable solutions.
Conduct code reviews to maintain high‑quality standards and provide constructive feedback to team members.
Develop and execute comprehensive testing plans to ensure software reliability and performance.
Stay up‑to‑date with emerging technologies, tools, and methodologies to continuously improve development processes.
Contribute to the entire software development lifecycle, from conceptualization and planning to deployment and maintenance.
Ensure user‑centric design by creating intuitive, accessible, and visually appealing interfaces.

Technical Expertise

Strong proficiency in creating, designing, and maintaining user‑friendly, responsive, and visually appealing websites and web applications.

Basic understanding of object‑oriented programming (OOP) principles.

Bonus with hands‑on experience with frameworks and libraries such as React, NextJS.

Bonus with hands‑on experience with cloud computing technology (AWS specifically).

Familiarity with database design and management (e.g., SQL, NoSQL).

Problem‑Solving Skills

Adept at analyzing complex problems and implementing efficient, scalable solutions.

Proven experience in working with cross‑functional teams to deliver projects on time.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills to foster effective collaboration.

User‑Centric Approach

Demonstrated ability to enhance user experiences through clean design, intuitive navigation, and accessibility standards.

Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new technologies, tools, and methodologies.

Project Management

Skilled in managing task lifecycles, from conceptualization and planning to deployment and maintenance.

Strong focus on writing clean, maintainable code and following industry best practices.
