Penerangan pekerjaan4 - 6 years of professional experience in technical issue management in Systems and Consumer product. Minimum Qualifications : Diploma in Electronics / Computer Engineering or equivalent. Working experience in technical support. Demonstrate strong problem skill set. Demonstrate strong client handling skill set. High level of self-discipline for remote work arrangements when needs arise. Excellent communication skills to coordinate with support L1 and L2 support teams in Malaysia KL and Singapore office. Able to travel overseas and other states in Malaysia. Mindful of SLA timeframes. Effective communications skills.

- Responsible for all level 1 onsite corrective and preventive services assigned territories & assigned schedule.
- Ensure customer satisfaction with company’s after sales service by prioritizing issues based on severity and key customers.
- Responsible for Footprints tickets creation / updates.
- To guide / assist customer in resolving their issue via knowledge DB.
- Ensure that issues are handled within the agreed service level agreement timeframe.
- Issuance of service report.
- Consolidate service reports for spare parts charging.
- Establish and maintain a lasting working relationship.
- Communicates effectively with clients to identify needs.
