Financial Modeling (Manager) – Michael Page, Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. Fully Remote Role with regional exposure.

Job Description

  • Design and develop detailed financial models to support business strategies and decision-making processes.
  • Perform scenario analyses to assess potential risks and opportunities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to collect and verify data inputs for modeling purposes.
  • Provide insights and recommendations based on financial model outputs.
  • Assist in the preparation of presentations and reports for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Monitor and update financial models to reflect changes in market or business conditions.
  • Ensure compliance with industry and regulatory standards in all financial modeling activities.
  • Train and mentor junior team members in financial modeling best practices.

The Successful Applicant

  • A degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in building and analyzing financial models using Excel or relevant software.
  • Strong analytical skills with an ability to interpret complex data sets.
  • Knowledge of the property industry and its financial dynamics.
  • Excellent communication skills to present findings and recommendations clearly.
  • A proactive attitude and attention to detail in ensuring model accuracy.
