Responsibilities

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Develop the strategy for and execute all local paid online acquisition efforts including : Facebook, Twitter, Instagram ads, Tik Tok, LinkedIn Search engine marketing (SEM), Search Engine Optimisation (SEO) Google Display Network (GDN) and other Banner ads Affiliates Collect data and track the performance of all marketing activities and channels against set KPIs (CPI, CPO, CPA, PPC etc.) Manage day to day workflow and setup for projects and campaigns across platforms Regularly provide analysis on performance against forecasts and making adjustments as necessary to fulfil the set objectives Serving clients for tasks such as performance media briefing, strategy planning, budget allocation, campaign analyses and quarterly business reviews Spearheading relations with account team working on common accounts to ensure alignment with clients Ability to troubleshoot technical issues on campaigns Innovating to improve performance, growth and profitability across all channels Keep up-to-date with market trends and come up with creative ideas that are one step ahead of the competition Share best practices with peers within group Accountability and full ownership for campaign performance and aligned KPIs Training and mentoring executives to take up implementations across platforms

Qualifications

Over 4 years of media buying and planning experience, particularly in performance. Comprehensive experience across search, programmatic and social platforms including Search 360, DV360, Google Ads and Meta. Experience in planning, executing and monitoring performance campaign against client objectives. High proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint. Proven problem-solving abilities and project management skills. Proficient in using Campaign Manager 360 and brand safety tools such as IAS. Capability to work autonomously and adeptly manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Possesses strong communication skills with senior client stakeholders.
